1. Who we are
The game is published by RAPHMAU Sàrl, 1209 Geneva, Switzerland (UID CHE-166.411.825), the data controller. For any question about your data: support@samibarket.com.
2. What the game keeps on your device
Your progress, wool, lives and settings are stored only on your device. The game has no account and no server of ours: we never receive your name, email address, contacts, precise location or photos.
3. Advertising
The game shows ads, including videos you choose to watch for a reward. They are served through the LevelPlay mediation (Unity / ironSource) and the Google AdMob and Unity Ads networks. To work, these partners receive technical data: device identifiers, approximate location derived from the IP address, ad interactions, performance and crash data, device language and model.
- Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) is shared only if you allow it in iOS's "Allow Tracking" prompt. You can change your mind at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Without your consent, only non-personalised ads are shown.
4. Your consent
In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game asks for your choice through Google's consent form (UMP) before any ad. In the relevant US states, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your data. You can reopen these choices at any time in the game: Settings > Privacy > Ad choices.
5. Statistics and crashes
Only with your consent, the game sends usage statistics to Unity Analytics, tied to a random identifier rather than your identity, (for example: level started, won or lost) to help us improve it. Without consent, no statistics are sent. Technical crash reports are handled by Unity Diagnostics.
6. Purchases
In-app purchases (wool, "No Ads") are processed by Apple. We never see your card or payment details: the game only receives the purchase confirmation.
7. What we do not use
The game does not use Unity AdQuality, builds no advertising profile of its own and sells no data.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. As we keep no data on servers of our own, these requests mostly concern our partners: write to support@samibarket.com and we will help you exercise them. Deleting the game erases its save from your device. You may also contact the data protection authority of your country (in Switzerland, the FDPIC).
Our partners may process data outside Switzerland and the EU, notably in the United States, under their own policies:
- Unity (LevelPlay, Unity Ads, Unity Analytics, Diagnostics)
- Google (AdMob, UMP)
- Apple (in-app purchases)
9. Children
The game is meant for a family audience but is not directed to children under 13 within the meaning of the US COPPA, and is not in the App Store's Kids category.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its effective date.
